Thank you for shopping with Vape Hub India. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

📦 Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Orders are usually dispatched the same day or next working day after a confirmation call/WhatsApp message with the customer.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

🚀 Delivery Timelines

We ship across all states in India.

Other Cities / Small Towns 3–7 working days
Remote or Difficult Locations 5–9 working days

Delivery time may vary based on courier workload, weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

💳 Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: ✅ Free Shipping across India

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD available with an additional ₹200 shipping/handling fee

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email

  • Courier partner name and tracking ID

Customers can track the shipment status online anytime.

💼 Packaging & Handling

  • All products are securely packed to prevent damage or leakage.

  • We use discreet packaging to protect customer privacy.

❗ Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • If the address or contact number provided is incorrect, delivery may fail or get delayed.

  • If a COD order is refused at delivery, the customer may be restricted from future COD orders.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship within India.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

In some cases, our team may contact you for:

  • Address confirmation

  • Age verification (18+)

  • Order validation

Your order will only be shipped after confirmation when necessary.
